The main focus of TEAM Consulting is as a provider of vocational rehabilitation services. These services are available in the southeastern region of Ohio primarily working with consumers of the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, Bureau of Workers' Compensation, and Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. TEAM as well provides an extensive array of consulting services to businesses and other service providers all over the United States.  

TEAM is a private, for-profit organization that was established in Ohio in 2002.

+Who are unemployed or underemployed
+Who having current job retention problems
 

The objective being to provide the opportunity for retention, maintenance of suitable positions, providing career guidance, skill training (social and personal), and job coaching as well as job development.
 

Assisting employers, the community and referral providers:
With the services required to create successful work environments. By providing consultation on possible solutions to vocational and business needs By developing suitable staff with the qualifications to provide services and fill employment demands for business globally, TEAM attempts to be an asset to all.
